nine 13 media is a small media production company located in St. Louis, Missouri. We offer freelance video production for television, indie films and special events as well as post production for any distribution media, including iPODs and mobile devices.
We also offer photography for portraiture, advertising in print or web, stock art , or decoration. All services, except post production, can be done on location or in a studio.
